I have joined Attention to Wellness as a Clinical Therapist to pursue my passion of providing psychotherapy.
I attended Northeastern Illinois University where I majored in Social work and minored in Women Studies; I completed my Masters in Social work at Dominican University with a minor in Addiction Studies.
I have more than ten years of experience providing psychotherapy; utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Strengths Based Therapies.
I successfully held my own practice for seven years; providing services to adults 18+. My clients came from diverse backgrounds with their own unique therapeutic needs.
